3. Free Shipping
- All Orders are Shipped using Standard Post using DHL E-Commerce.
- All prices shown on our website are inclusive of tax.
- Payment for the goods and delivery can be made by any method shown on our website at the time you place your order.
- Your order will be dispatched for delivery only when payment has been made and the funds are cleared.
- All payments are made through third party payment transaction companies, we therefore do not have any access to your financial or bank details.
- Delivery charges will depend on the weight and dimensions of the goods you order, and the location of the delivery address. Some products may incur an additional surcharge and this is clearly shown in the product description.
- The goods will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
- Our standard delivery to Australia, Canada, United States and United Kingdom is up to 15 Business days, and for the rest of the world up to 30 Business days.
6. Order Tracking
- Order tracking information is updated within 24 to 48 hours after your order is shipped. You will receive a notification email once the tracking information is updated

7. Returns and cancellation
